Refund policy

EXCHANGES ACCEPTED

We will accept only the same Item size exchange subject to availability. The buyer must pay all delivery fees. The item(s) must be in original condition will all tags in place.

Any items tailored/altered will not apply to the exchange policy.

We will not accept returns or offer refunds for goods unless they are faulty. For this purpose, the customer needs to notify us within 24 hours of receiving the goods. If your goods are faulty when they are delivered you may return the faulty goods to us. If you return the goods to us we will (at our option) repair or replace the goods or provide you with a refund of the purchase price and the delivery price. If we provide a refund we will pay it to the account you used to purchase the goods. Subject to outfit being unused and unworn with all the tags intact as at the time of receiving the outfit. The refund for any items will be at our sole discretion and subject to our inspection team's approval.

MADE-TO-ORDER ITEMS

The color matching process is not 100% our experts always aim to provide the best match.

Garment sizing can sometimes differ by 0.5-1.5” we always aim to keep the sizing flexible and some garments contain a margin inside for your convenience.

Made-to-order can take up to 6 weeks to process.

Any items made to order in color or size are not liable for exchange or refund.
